Long flights, delays, sitting on the runway. Get up early, get in late. And for what? To sit in a hotel room and look at a power point presentation for Sony. This time it was in Atlantic City and we stayed in a very nice hotel called the Borgata. You know it’s nice when the bath towel is big enough to wrap around you twice. We usually get to learn about all the new products but this time it was a bit different. Interesting but good. The schedules here are get up early and eat. Sit in a meeting, then eat. Sit in another meeting then eat. Go to a “stand around and drink” party. Then to bed. Do it again the next day. One fun thing Ted and I did is go out the the “Boardwalk” and walk. Pretty interesting. Very nice hotels and the sides or parts partly run down. We walked to the Atlantic City Museum. There we saw pictures of old boardwalk and the lady with the jumping horse. They had and still have carts you can sit two people in and get pushed.Nice was to have video conference and to see my wife and daughters. It was priceless to see Adyson sitting there waiting for my face to appear and when it did, she perked up… “Hi Daddy!!!” That always makes me smile.Now we prepare the next day to fly to Disneyland!!! Adyson is Very excited and so is Jenny. I am also excited but worry about spending a full 6 days there. Wonder if we will get burned out. It will be very nice to just hang with my family.Things have been busy at work and with doing Northwind Capital trying to secure and get funding for some realestate projects. We are so close and thought we had it but need to work on it a bit more.
